*I
am about to move on to the Outer U~ stage of the booklet; and, of
course, drawing my inspiration from the Inner Contra[-]rotational
Degree of J~, in the light of the 1st
Inner Degree of Love. Thinking of this, I thought of the one beside
me: only to see her in a rather different pose, more dynamic than
delicate; and the name ‘J~’ flashed across my mind. I thought at
first that I had mis-attributed the names, which is possible; but I
think it is more likely that the original Spirit is moving with me**
round the Inner Circle, while keeping to her fundamental nature.
That is, I am certain, the nature of xS, as near as can be. The
reason I do not call her xS is because the name seems less
appropriate now, perhaps because I am writing the booklet in terms of
the Angelic names.
The
question of individual identity in Angels of a particular Degree and
Type is not easy to resolve: when Spirits may be presumed to have
identical personality (or Soul quality) and perfect communication (in
Love), there can hardly be room for ‘inherited’ or environmental
differentiation; nevertheless, different forms may exist with the
identical quality and perfect communication, doing different
things.****
I
see her, however, still in the original positions, as well as the
new.
