I have discussed* the need to focus correctly on Christ** in order to avoid the population of the mind by corrupted projections after the practice of mind-clearing (and similar) techniques. So do I accept these techniques?

On the whole, and judging by personal experience – and with the exception of simple stress-relief exercises, which work, but should not be required if priorities are correct*** – I do not accept the need for these techniques such as Yoga etc., because I have never needed them. They seem to me to indicate a will to force the result, which is bound to lead to destruction according to Circles Analysis.****
