I have just
listened to the News: heart transplant in London,
liver transplant in Cambridge, heart transplant
in Texas, heart transplantee in California "doing
well" (?). What does it mean? Androids (artificial men) don't seem to be so
unlikely, nor does immortality. We must
encourage birth control. And how shall
we decide who (only a few will be possible at first) should have the benefits?
