A curious fragment of a dream vaguely remains, from a couple of nights ago, I think: in which, we having seen a (living) girl lying in a stream in one place, and then seeing a girl lying in a* stream in another place, I started to comment on this second girl to my companion but was cut short by the second girl who (I think) asked me why I assumed that she was a different girl from the first: no, she asserted** forcefully, they were all the same girl** in the stream.
