It was towards the end of last week, I think, that we decided to move house, to within about fifteen miles east or southwards of here. * Yesterday we went to look at the outside of a house for sale in Llan[...].** Driving up towards and past the [hill and pass], which divides [the two counties], I was struck by the intense, almost magical aspect of the landscape – strongly reminiscent of several dreams from years ago, and of a particular point driving north up [the western Scottish Highlands isle of] Raasay(on a different scale) which also reminded me of one of those dreams from London – possibly an unrecorded dream, it was of a journey through a high level land among higher conical mountains of a generally light-brown hue.

As it happened, the house and in particular its rear arrangements, where it has an exit and large workshop on a public road (next to someone’s shed which is a [...] shop) also reminded me strongly of much more recent dreams, here at [CH], which I think I have recorded.*** But the chances of this house being available (and affordable) when (if?) we sell, seem, rationally speaking, remote.****

****[This was not the house the writer and his family eventually acquired, although it was in the same town.]
