[CH] has been a spiritual retreat – a place of healing, although not without trauma and crisis in the course of it. I could no more have coped with living in a small Welsh * town two years ago, than I can imagine staying here** for the rest of my life. But the immediate spur to move is the time-and-money equation of a young family.

With this decision to move, Providence seems to be showing its hand again: phone calls offering to buy the Land Rover on the same day as we find we have to pay much more than we expect for planning applications before we sell, that sort of thing.*** Well, well.... And still no word from the Warden for Ordinands, despite [X[Q]]’s expressions of concern and action. Well, well again.
