{Number} ‘R’, between IV and V,* might then be a text explaining the system in more detail than the present (‘L’?) booklet of diagrams (but with less immediate impact); and ‘†’ (or ‘+’ probably on my printer) would be a text relating this to, and explaining, Christ, between XIII and XIV.


For some time before I began the present (‘L’) booklet of diagrams,** the epigram ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’ had kept occurring to me:*** which, being a writing person, I rejected on the basis that the statement itself could be more conveniently expressed in a few words than in pictures. But the ‘L’ booklet is based on exactly that notion.
