Within
a few days before Christmas, I think it was, [W] in the kitchen asked
me one evening whether I had briefly turned on the radio, as she had
heard clearly the sound of a choir (I have the impression of male as
well as female voices, but this may be my description not hers).
Anyway, I had not.
