I have been tempted to say that this* – if it is connected with Circles Analysis, which it might not be – represents the end of speculation. But of course it isn't so: at the root of all my work is the search for God, through all his forms of expression; and although God is beyond all proof,** if mathematics can support the search and throw light upon the forms, so much the better. This mathematics,*** I think, may describe patterns of recurrence, but not the qualities which occur: they must be experienced.
