If the underlying disintegration characteristic of the G~ outer semicircle has been concealed or even apparently postponed by willed extension of the order characteristic of the M~ outer semicircle into the G~ semicircle, the breakdown will occur with greater intensity (ie over a shorter time, *|a quarter-circle from C or less until|* M~ order is restored; and perhaps of a more intense quality){,} in the Crisis Resolution period.

Breakdown should be completed before the decision point is reached: if it is not, the terrors of breakdown will be mingled with the agonies of decision in Crisis and in the ensuing crisis resolution period. The crisis cannot properly be resolved until the breakdown is complete. So in Russia from 64C1984[ce], the earlier G~ semi-cycle of 32 years having seen suppression of breakdown; the 16 years after 1984, to 2000, promising** to be interesting for the unfortunate Soviet people.
