[Redbook6:296][19891006:0908f]{The
Holy Spirit of God}[6th October 1989]

[continued]
It
is worth re-iterating that by the Spirit I mean the Holy Spirit of
God in Man (and elsewhere), which is God the Spirit; but that it is
only through Christ that its Holiness is unveiled in Man and it is
manifested as the Holy
Spirit. The Spirit in itself is always Holy, but Man is not always
Holy; so he does not always express the Spirit in himself in a Holy
way.
.1432
A
Man in whom the Light of the Spirit is (relatively) unveiled, may by
that Light of Love* perceive directly the Spirit of God in any other
in whom it is not utterly obscured; and the Love by which he does
this can further unveil the Spirit in the other, and awaken the other
to it.
