This
conclusion,* albeit rather speculative, resolves a question as to
whether Man was of a distinct status in being granted the Spirit
inwardly by special act of God (which I initially preferred, but
later became concerned about) or whether, as is now suggested, the
spirit of God is accessible to Man as a part of the design and
natural development of Creation.
