even, amazingly, on the Outer Circle, it** moves Men to the
Principles, according to their natures: Attraction, Ordination, Outer
Action, Complication, Distraction, Fragmentation, Revolution,
Simplification, Attraction [sic].
These, though, Men perceive as their own characteristics, or the
attributes of their circumstances, not knowing the inner sense of the
Spirit: and in this they are not wrong, for in these principles the
outer World is predominant; but the Spirit moves.
