Interestingly, the attribution of the 4 ‘elements’* (Scientists have pinched the term, I suppose) fits rather well with the original attribution of geographical features to cardinals, as I saw it while writing ‘[0]’.**

I cannot describe the interface at [+CI~] except in its own terms: the transitions between 2 fluid or free mediums of a different order is [sic] appropriate. | ‘And the Spirit of God*** moved upon the face of the waters.’****

**[“...from an early time [+K] inclined more to the sea, and diving and fishing, and I to the Morland, the valleys and especially the hills and mountains. But I grow to love the rivers and lochs and even the ocean, and she the caves, the cliffs and the whole earth.” (– +M in [0]); &: So [+M], who loves the high places, has always especially protected [+C]; but I, who love the deep, have been drawn especially to help [+Mk], when he was younger and needed my help. And I am still drawn to him.” (– +K in [0])]

[Hopefully, not the Wind of God….]

****Genesis, I:[2]
[1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.]
