Every
now and then I must ask: Is it worth anything? – Or more
succinctly: So What? The need for this arises because I am well
aware, and often repeat, that this is only a way of looking at the
World, and can only be more or less valid. There are other ways of
looking at the World which have proved themselves valid in the sense
that they have brought results
within their own particular fields: the most obvious example, for our
times, being Science. So why another?
Well,
partly because this one fills a gap – covering, inter alia, the use
of Science and of its results; partly because there seems to be a
need for it; and most of all because it is There,* is the Truth as I
see the Truth, must be expressed, and it is my job (although not
exclusively mine, I guess) to express it....
