{The Attraction of +C†I~ [continued] – Monasteries and Churches}[6th March 1988]

[Redbook5:41][19880306.0000e]{The Attraction of +C†I~ [continued] – Monasteries and Churches}[6th March 1988]

19880306. (a.m.?)
[continued]

I guess that this* is far easier for the Religious Clergy, i.e. Monastic Communities (and, for that matter, Hermits): than for the Secular Clergy, i.e. Parish Priests (and the whole Episcopal structure where there is one) – for whom the Attraction to Ordination and Outer Action must be [a] greater danger. A properly** balanced Church will give greater emphasis to the Religious communities, who should be the spiritual power-house for the parish Priesthood.

*[Presumably, the Inner Life being stronger, the Attraction of Christ being to Unity in him, & Love leading one through the turning point: see last previous entry.]

**('properly' not 'equally')
