I may be able to match some of these* (and other)** descriptions with Circle attributes.

Disintegrate.	– Fragmentation, Revolution, Simplification.
Turn them against members of the family who are closest to them.	– Tarot VI, The Lover, at Attraction.
Periods of mental distress****	– Approaching Crisis.
Invaded by strange and terrifying experiences which distort the way they see the world and prevent them relating to people.	– Revolution (and Revelation by radial resonance). – Simplification.
They withdraw and become emotionally cold and isolated.	– Simplification.
Schizophrenia seems to come in cycles.	– Yes.
Hallucinations and delusions[:]
Thinks he is Jesus Christ,	– Approaching +C†I~
another that she is an aunt of the Queen.	– Queen's Circle? Or (more likely) “female” side of Circles.
Believe people are conspiring to kill them.	– Tarot XIII, Death, at Knights R~.
