It may therefore* be possible, just as we place the female side at G~ and the male side at M~, to place the Child at +CI~ and, presumably, the **Adult at A~. This fits in with the whole-life cycle generally given that old people tend to show symptoms of childhood (e.g. high voices, weakness, confusion) in many cases: and this raises the crucial qualification, that the child at the start (I~) is not the same as the child at the end (+C†), even though they are all part of the same Child (+CI~).
