The curious fact that 1950’s – 1960’s flying saucer films and ‘experiences’ were generally of a hostile nature, whereas those of the 1970’s and 1980’s were generally neutral or friendly, has been accounted for by the thawing of the Cold War. 

But I prefer to relate the latter* to the rotation of the C[ircles] A[nalysis &] S[ynthesis] cycles, and the former** to the ever more powerful archetypal manifestation of the C[ircles] A[nalysis &] S[ynthesis] pattern.***
