Judaism, meanwhile,* embarked possibly on the second (right)** half of a 4000-year cycle in which the troubles of 1000 – 0BC[E] were merely complication and distraction: this was an even greater fragmentation (and trouble) across the World, culminating in the genocide of the Holocaust. What kept Judaism in existence ?was the strength of its contra-rotating i[nner] c[ircle], carrying on probably from the impulse of the Prophets.
