What is intriguing is that the Knaves Circle* proper (TII - TIV) rotates in the same direction as Queens, the original Inner Circle, instead of (as I expected) the same as Knights, the original Outer Circle. What I still envisage is the gradually inward-drawing pattern of Circles, with their dynamism(?) increasing as they move inwards. It is possible to go round again on any Circle (at least from II onwards) at a state [sic] of arrested development.
