{The Tarot Pack [continued (7)]}[21st December 1987]

[continued]

To my great delight, while looking through the Greater Tarots to check the stationery/moving point above,* I noticed that the gesture of the hands of the young girl in T.VI, the Lover(s), was almost exactly the same as that of Jonah in the Sistine Chapel Ceiling: both being at the same point in their respective systems, +CI~, and pointing both ways, just as one would expect. (At S~, TVII shows a chariot which also appears at the appropriate place on the ceiling, although running the wrong way, I think.) (Fuller notes are annotated in pencil in my copy of The Sistine Chapel: Michelangelo Rediscovered.)
