One
of the outstanding questions is: whether the relative dominance of
Inner and Outer Circles by contra-rotation, can alter during
rotation, i.e. other than at Crisis / Transformation Point? I had
hoped that the answer was No; I rather think it may be yes: bearing
in mind the fluidity shown above.*
