[The page is a photocopy of a letter headed “The Archbishop of [...]” (&c) dated 27^th March 1990* signed by the Assistant Bishop and the Warden for Ordinands, which included a statement that the selection board felt that “may be [sic] more time was needed to grow in the worshipping tradition of the Anglican Church in general, and the Church in [...] in particular.... You gave the impression that you may be considering moving in the near future. I think that an indication of your long term commitment to the Church in [...] and the diocese in particular might also prove to be useful”.]

*(This date cannot possibly be intended, as it is the date of their refusal letter (ref [[Redbook7:104-114][19900328:1738]{Tested Again}[28th March 1990],] 104), & this is a reply to my letter of 16^th April 1990. This letter was received on about 25^th April ff)<19900504>
