Much of this* arises out of the culmination, on 19901210,** of my (annual?) Autumn or ‘Fall’ breaking-down of mental clutter, in a quiet suggestion from the re-revealed core or ‘divine point’,*** accompanied by that inevitable unique quality of spiritual integrity and healing, that I should ‘go round again’, for the Church.**** No guarantees, of course, attend this: see Jonah.# Nor do I particularly look forward to it, although at first I had visions of open confrontation at the interrogation table, eg turning the table, ref. Money[-]changers in the Temple.#* Anything would be better than the shallow farce of last March.#**

***([BD] says that ‘δαιμωνιον σεμειον’ (spelling unchecked)#*** can only mean ‘divine point’ in the sense ‘divine sign’, given the root)
