This* lack of education of and among women about men** arises, I presume, from the lack of openness in speech about sex throughout our society – I mean, at an everyday ordinary level, not in the media – and from a failure to empathise with the opposite sex, which would once again involve a loss of self for the sake of the other*** (and which women are likely to be better at, etc....).****
