As
a matter of pure theory, one might speculate that a pure outer circle
rotation would tend to accelerate towards g~(+?), but a pure inner
circle rotation would tend to maintain a constant speed. Naturally,
rotation speed and change* of a normal contra-rotation would depend
upon which type of circle was dominant, as they would have to be
synchronised.
