It is possible that organisations like the School of Economic Science have a role to play in interesting and educating people at an early stage. But such organisations are inherently highly corruptible. From what I have heard of the later stages of [anyone's] S.E.S. involvement, it [is possible that it] has not altogether escaped these dangers;* and even if it has, I suspect that anyone who remained involved in those later stages would remain also at a relatively early stage in their inward development (if any).


*[No suggestion is intended in this entry that the S.E.S itself was or is corrupt in any way.]
