I had been a bit worried about my
write-up [of the previous term’s leavers]
in the [...] House book, but looking at it now after leaving it for two weeks,
I think it is all right. I am not as
kind as I might have been, but I wrote the truth as I saw it. I may cause offence to some; I think KTN may
be angry at my write up of him, which is a pity: all of what I said about him I
believe, but I could have phrased it better to give emphasis to the nice points
of his character.
