*Mode-locking – a new concept to me, and older than chaotics** – or entrainment is the spontaneous locking-together of regular cycles, and is found throughout nature. It is highly relevant to the Gearing*** concept of the Circles.

And ‘physiologists have also begun to see chaos as health’ – ie as a regulation mechanism.

In fact,#* it is arguable that the Circles approach to Manic Depression and Schizophrenia#** is too much like a linear-equation approach, not enough of the non-linear dynamics expressing Chaotics.
