the Number cards really come into their own here: as four long ‘arms’
on the front hemisphere curling back** from 10s just ‘in front of’
the Knaves position, curving ‘forwards’ (ie out of the paper
plane) and inwards to meet in the 4 Aces round or at the ‘hub’
which is Man.***
In
case it isn’t obvious already, I should point out that the Tarot
Cards basically apply to the ‘Physical Universe’ Hemisphere and
to its interface with the Spiritual Hemisphere.

contrast with ‘in front of’ and ‘forwards’ referring to depth on the

the ability of the Ace to be top as well as bottom symbolizes this
position.
