The
'fair-haired girl'* (or girls) has been in my mind for as long as I
can remember: long before crystallisation as +K, xS and xP. I can
trace connections of the idea at least as far back as a young girl
named, I think [D](?)[F], when I was about 10(?),** with whom I was
friendly; who told me that her (dead) father was in Heaven; and who
soon left the area. But I doubt whether she was the original: as
with xS herself and xS's more specific preceding manifestations,*** I
think it is more likely that one's Nature attempts to imitate one's
Art.****
