However, the most important feature of this model* is the positioning of an Outer Spiral / Outer Circle Individual on the Inner Surface of the Material hemisphere [sic], according to the development of his Outer Principles towards their respective Inner Principles [sic]; and the ability of the Spirit to free an Individual from this Inner Surface to move within the Spiritual interior of the Material Hemisphere. The movement itself is not free to the Individual’s transient will: he is still co-ordinated by his relative Degrees; but the purity and completeness of his knowledge of the Spirit is, I guess, the co-ordinator [sic] within this free space. Completeness is radial distance (or ‘pull’): purity (ie lack of self-projection) is the Degree, from Degree 0 at +CI~, and is thus intimately linked with the Individual’s secular co-ordinate on the Inner Surface.

Only Angels or Free Spirits can move freely in this Inner Space, and their co-ordinates from moment to moment depend upon the Will of the Creator, the concentration of the Spirit.
