Perhaps
the significant point to come out of yesterday’s experience* is the
importance of relaxation.
I do not mean Sloth, of course: there is such a thing as Creative
Tension, but it comes from the inside.** Stress comes from the
Outside,*** and veils the inner life as fast as anything I know.
