I,
also, visited Hell: where, on arrival at the station, I was told that
my copy of the Times was not permitted; and where drivers started and
stopped endlessly in traffic jams filling a place not at all unlike
Trafalgar Square.... There unfortunately my dream was interrupted.
(It
is, I think, a characteristic of the life of Man that it can exist
(either 'above' or 'below' the plane of the Circle) in Heaven, or in
Hell. (That is not to deny the existence in these states of
non-corporeal beings.) <[19]921011>)
