In drawing up the 2048-year (predominantly outer) circles for the booklet, I find a noticeable tendency for radial resonance* from the inner circle on the left (ie second) semicircle but not on the first:** or at least, not before U~ (Evolution).

There again, M~ Action had always been seen as the same basic quality/principle, whether inner or outer; and there is often a kind of Harmony at S~***.
