The thing
that may cripple European political development is the growth of
Bureaucracy. The Belgians may live to
regret the choice of their capital when ‘Brussels’ becomes synonymous with
delay, confusion and petty tyranny.
Perhaps this is a good reason for keeping the Parliament and the
Political Office elsewhere?
