I wonder,
are so many voters really swayed by the kind of weather, and whether Britain is
still in the running for the World Cup, into voting for or against the
Government? Obviously such things stop
people voting or stop them listening, but do they actually actively make up
people's minds for them? Are people
really that naive, or that temperamental?
I wonder.
