Orders of architecture the five CLASSIC orders, each composed of a column, having a base, shaft, capital, and entablature with architrave, frieze, and cornice. There are three Greek orders: Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian. These were adapted by the Romans who added Tuscan and Composite.’*
